Rafting down the Dunajec River

The Dunajec Valley is perceived as one of the most beautiful places in Poland. The route goes through Pieniny National Park, which is the second oldest national park in the world and it is about 18 km long (though it is only 6 km in a straight line) and takes , depending on the water conditions, from 2 to 3 hours.

The adventure begins at the Sromowce-Katy station, where you will also find: a parking, the information point, the ticket counter, some restaurants and some souvenir shops etc. It takes you, either to Szczawnica (18km), or Kroscienko (23km), and the locals assure it is the best and most compelling way to admire and contemplate its beauty. The rafting season lasts from 1^st of April until 31^st of October.
